Dear Trevor Providing you are not in close proxity I cannot see why not. Manufacturers only contraindicate Pace Makers and Cardiac Arrythmias Best wishes Cliff

TENS should be absolutely fine - so long as there is nothing electrical implanted - there will be no interference between TENS and a mechanical implant. If there is a battery installed as a component of the device - usually then termed an 'active' implant - (such as a pacemaker or defib) then TENS would be contraindicated. Any help? Tim
