I have a client who has had a Total Hip Arthroplasty and has been diagnosed with a loose femoral shaft due to poor bone formation around the prosthesis. This causes pain during ambulation and the client who is normally very active cannot resume his normal

The client has Crohns Disease and I am wondering if this could be a factor in his ability to produce enough bony stability around the femoral shaft.
