I currently have a magnetron unit on trial in my physiotherapy clinic and I would like any clincal information that might help me to make a decision about purchasing one or not.
The company selling the magnetron unit are called ASA but they have not been able to supply me with any clinical evidence. Any help/ advice about the use of pemfs on human tissue would be greatly appreciated.
