Celebrex and LLLT (bcure)

I’m New to the forum

I’m 30 years old and have been suffering with chronic knee pain for 1 year. I recently purchased a bcure laser to try and reduce the pain.

I wanted to ask. Will Celebrex (which I currently take daily) diminish the effects of the laser? Or does it make no difference?

Mark There has been a discussion around this topic for some years - the concept being that if the nSAID is overtly anti-inflammatory in nature and the laser is (nominally) pro-inflammatory in terms of mode of action, the two may 'counter' the effects of each other. There is however, so far as I am aware, no clinical trial which has established this negative relationship. Laser is certainly not contraindicated if you are taking a prescription NSAID Tim
